The landscape design focuses on organized planting areas that define building edges, parking perimeters, and pedestrian circulation zones, using plant material selected for adaptability to local soil conditions, heat tolerance, and low-maintenance performance. The planting plan establishes clear structure across the site while maintaining visibility and safety around key access points. The irrigation plan provides efficient, uniform coverage across all landscape zones, with coordinated valve and watering schedules that promote healthy plant establishment, maximize water efficiency, and reduce long-term maintenance demands.  

The completed landscape design delivers a sustainable, code-compliant site that enhances the property's appearance while supporting efficient operations and long-term performance.
