Premier at Morton Ranch is a multifamily residential community in Katy, Texas featuring a thoughtfully designed landscape that creates a vibrant, resort-style living environment. BLA led the landscape architectural design of the community's outdoor amenity spaces, creating functional destinations that encourage recreation, relaxation, and social interaction while establishing a cohesive identity throughout the development. 

NexMetro Railhead is a Build-To-Rent (BTR) residential community in Cleburne, Texas featuring a coordinated landscape and amenity design that integrates outdoor living spaces, recreational amenities, and streetscape improvements into a cohesive neighborhood environment. BLA collaborated with the City of Cleburne to coordinate the streetscape design along Cleburne Station and Railhead Parkway, ensuring the developer-installed improvements seamlessly matched the character and design of the surrounding public streetscape. 

Childress Ranch is a single-family ranchette community designed to capture the character and charm of Texas country living through a welcoming entrance, thoughtfully planned amenity spaces, and a landscape that embraces the site's natural setting. BLA designed the community entry, creating a distinctive arrival experience that establishes the development's identity while reflecting its ranch-inspired character.
