BLA provided landscape architectural services for the Houston Rockets Training Facility and the adjacent Landry's Headquarters, including the design of planting, irrigation, and the signature hardscape plaza at the facility's main entrance. 

MDA – Missouri City is a commercial development designed with a landscape plan that enhances the site's visual appeal, functionality, and long-term sustainability. A key component of the project was successfully navigating the overlapping and sometimes conflicting landscape requirements of both the City of Missouri City and the Sienna development standards, ensuring the design satisfied all applicable regulations while maintaining a cohesive project vision. 

CenterPoint Energy – El Campo is a utility operations facility designed with a landscape plan that enhances the site's appearance while providing durable, low-maintenance improvements suited for long-term operations. The project included landscape architecture services for planting, irrigation, site lighting, flagpole placement, and decorative paver pads, resulting in a cohesive and welcoming entrance while meeting all applicable code requirements. 

Checkout 14540 Mason is a commercial site located in Cypress, Texas, designed to provide a functional and visually cohesive landscape that supports everyday business operations while maintaining long-term durability in a high-traffic environment. As part of the design process, BLA evaluated, summarized, and applied the applicable Dunham Point Commercial Design Guidelines and landscape requirements, ensuring the project achieved compliance while delivering a cohesive and attractive site design.  

Conroe City Place is a mixed-use commercial development located in Conroe, Texas, designed to support a cohesive and functional landscape environment that complements the overall site planning and architectural framework. As a Registered Urban Forest Professional recognized by the City of Conroe, BLA successfully interpreted and applied the City's Urban Forestry Ordinance and tree preservation requirements to secure project approvals while balancing development objectives with preservation of existing tree resources.

Elyson Town Center is an 18-acre commercial mixed-use development in Katy, Texas designed to create a vibrant destination that serves as the heart of the surrounding community. BLA developed a coordinated landscape design that enhances the architectural character of the development while creating an attractive, pedestrian-friendly environment that supports retail activity, dining, and everyday community interaction. Throughout the design process, BLA successfully interpreted and applied the Elyson Development Design Criteria, securing both landscape and irrigation approvals from the Elyson review committee and the local Municipal Utility District (MUD). 

NexCore Katy MOB is a medical office building landscape designed to support a professional, clean, and accessible environment consistent with healthcare facility standards. The landscape design emphasizes simplicity, safety, and long-term maintainability, with planting areas arranged to reinforce building entrances, pedestrian circulation paths, and parking lot edges while maintaining clear visibility and wayfinding throughout the site. BLA successfully interpreted and applied the applicable Harris County landscape requirements while designing an irrigation system that met the MUD district's irrigation criteria, ensuring a coordinated, code-compliant solution that satisfied all reviewing agencies.
